MEASURING FOR A HALTER

The small halter measurements will fit an Arab or Quarter horse with a small head . The regular size will fit a Quarter horse with a normal sized head. If you measure your horse and the measurements are within an inch one way or the other for the listed halter sizes you can just order Small or Regular.

If your measurements vary more than an inch one way or the other you can send me your own measurements using the numbered picture and chart. Please remember the nose piece should rest just under the cheek bone.

MEASURING FOR LOOP REINS

Tie a string to the bit and making one twist and over the horn then down to the other side. They should hang so that the horse can stand in a resting position. Then measure the string to see what size of reins you will need.

The reins on the left are the correct length
